HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Placing an order with hiBOD is super easy, you can either order online through our website or call our customer service.

To order online, simply add your product to your shopping cart and follow the checkout steps.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

We deliver all massage chairs for free within Major Listed City’s *. In many cases, we can also assemble your massage chair for free as well.

* In case the delivery has to be made to a very remote area, or a location which requires us to arrange special equipment, different conditions may apply.

DO YOU OFFER INSTALLATION?

The massage chairs are delivered in different boxes and assembled on site by us. If you are unsure whether your door or staircase offers sufficient space for us to manoeuvre the product, ask for the conditions or dimensions of our massage chairs.

DO THE MASSAGE CHAIRS REQUIRE REGULAR SERVICING?

Our chairs are designed for regular use, as long as the chair is used the way it was designed, it does not require maintenance.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT IF I AM UNSATISFIED WITH IT?

WILL MY ORDER BE PROVIDED WITH A TAX INVOICE?

Yes, hiBOD is a registered Australian business and all customers are provided with a Tax Invoice.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIEVERED?

Your order will be delivered to you by our expert hiBOD delivery service. Our delivery guy will contact you before delivery for a delivery appointment

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIEVERED?

We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. Usually our products If available on hand  can be delivered within a Day to a week. If our delivery times differ, this will be communicated to you in advance.

IS LOCAL PICKUP AN OPTION?

Yes, the chair can be picked up with Prior arrangement from the Warehouse in Sydney.

Although as Massage Chairs are quite Heavy and with packaging is Bulky hiBOD recommends to either take advantage of their free deliver and install offer should it be available in your area or for an agreed discounted price get the professionals to deliver and install.

WHO SHOULDN’T USE A hiBOD MASSAGE PRODUCT

Any massage, including massage by hand, has to be avoided during pregnancy and/or in case of one or more complaints in the area of the massage: recent injuries, thrombotic illnesses, inflammations and swelling of any kind as well as cancer. Consultation of your physician is recommended prior to any treatment of afflictions and ailments.
